[11/06/15: SSK DEMO 5.3 HOTFIX RELEASED!]

AND THE BLOG IS ONLINE!
So... After 16 months since the last blog had to be taken down, I managed to get it working again. And amazingly, that is not all that's going on over here. While I have less free time than I used to, my university course is now over, leaving me with genuine free time for the first time in years. This means I'm pressing the GO button on some personal work, and SSK is one of them.

Straight back into the game, and there is one thing I must fix in the game before moving on to the next playable release: 4 player multiplayer with native game-pad support. I am glad to say that this is now possible and it will feature in the next release. In turn, this means I need to fix the menu up a bit, so it's the perfect opportunity to fix what I feel is a fairly inconsistent User Interface. How about something more like this?

SPECIALITY
Psycho Shock: {Hold} 2 [S06]
Psycho Reverse: {Guard} + 2 (Works like Mario's Cape in the Smash Bros Series on both opponents and projectiles but, with +2 damage on top of whatever attack they tried to use on you)
CHAOS CHARGE: PSYCHO SURGE {Conjure up 4 objects to float around you, ready for use. Also, always refill any used object for continuos attack}
_Psycho Smash: 1 (throw one of the 4 objects as a projectile) {Air OK} [S06]
__Hold Smash: {Hold} 1 (Throw all 4 objects at once for collective damage. Can be angled) {Air OK} [S06]
_Psycho Cycle: 2 (Spin one of the 4 objects around Silver in a circle which pops up the enemy into the air)
__Hold Cycle: {Hold} 2 (Spin all 4 objects around Silver in a circle which pops up the enemy into the air for collective damage)
_Psycho Crunch: {Air} 2 (Slam one of 4 objects into the ground right in front of him) [SG]

About the Silver character, I wonder how will you implement his telekinesis abilities? Through combos?

I'm gonna try to get back in contact with Green soon to talk about the game when we learn more updates. I usually bring him up to speed.

And guys, trust me: He hasn't abandoned this game at all despite the silence. He's told me a few things such as infinite combos being removed and several bug fixes, but that's all I can really say.

Everybody wants the Super characters... I hope you don't make this DBZ-esque (or Naruto for the generation below us).

The only character I'm waiting for is Volcan. You have teased him for years. Hopefully this demo will be released when I don't have school so I can make more videos about this game.

Dragon5 is right where a major change in resolution isn't going to happen, but I've been trying some things out.

No super characters will be in the next release.

Progress has been slowed by real life business (I'm focusing on improving my art skills right now), but things have been moving along. 4-player multiplayer is actually working now, and there are other things... that I'll announce later.

I doubt this game could ever be big enough for that resolution. If anything 640x360 would be a pretty good resolution for 16:9. 320x240 is the default resolution. Here's an image in 640x360 with the 320x240 title screen centered for comparison. The border is part of the resolution and shows the edges of the image.

1) I'm hoping whatever release I do next will be the last demo, then I'll push for a complete release.

3) I'm in the process of cutting content and I'll admit I was overambitious. The final game will still have hours of fun gameplay packed in.

Awsome game lolve what your doing with it couple of questions
1.How many demos are you planning before the final release(don't rush through)

2.Are you going to continue to add more chartors stages and missions and maybe a new mode in the new versions?

3.Are you planning to add lots of content?

I was unaware that some people were unable to change the volume settings properly. I'll keep looking for the problem but as it stands I have no idea of the cause.

the game has a glitch that i'd like to report,it is that when ever I KO someone using a chaos attack the AI players stop functioning and when I use it near a dead player one of the living AI wins.

YES! Though the gold is gone, I think red and blue will do well as a symbolism of what the game will feature.
Also... did you fix the sound problem? Both the music and sound way too loud and adjusting them in-game doesn't have the same effect as adjusting your computer's volume.
